Fuel Bioethanol

It is sold to refinery and oil distribution companies by being denatured with 1% gasoline.
A law which obligates its use as follows was made; 
by adding to gasoline at the rate of 2% as of 01.01.2013,
by adding to gasoline at the rate of 3% as of 01.01.2014.

D-type Ethanol

Konya Şeker is the first and only producer company in Turkey which has production and distribution permission of D-type ethanol which is used in the chemical industry, printing and paint sector and all of which is imported.
D-type ethanol plant was established in 2009 and 200% capacity increase was made a year later.
D-Type Ethanol is used as a printing ink raw material in chemical industry, as a solvent in printing and packaging industry and as a raw material in washer liquid and antifreeze productions.

Exported Ethanol

Konya Şeker has been exporting industrial ethanol produced in D-type ethanol plant since 2009.

K1 Type Cosmetic Ethanol

Ethyl alcohol production denatured according to legislation and denaturation are performed in order to use in production of cosmetic products.

Fusel Oil

It is classified as high molecular weight alcohols. It is sold as an industrial product.

Concentrated Vinasse

Content;
It contains 45-48% organic substance,
7% Water soluble K2O,
3-3,5% nitrogen.

With its rich organic content, it has a wide range of use as follows; as a liquid fertilizer in fields and greenhouses, for causing stubble to rot before plowing, as a raw protein source in feed factories, as a raw material in production of construction chemicals.

Liquid Carbon Dioxide and Dry Ice

Carbon dioxide which is a by-product emerging as a result of biochemical reaction  during ethanol production and normally relased to the atmosphere, is processed in purification and liquidization plant. Liquid carbon dioxide is used in cooling, food logistics and protection, water treatment, iron-steel, polymeric material processing, fire fighting, colloidal precipitation processes in sugar factories and in greenhouses. Dry ice which can be produced as pellet and block in different sizes, is used for the purpose of cooling, food logistics and cleaning.
