Liquid Sugar Production Facility

The facility, which was founded with in  Cumra Sugar Integrated Facilities for the first time in Turkey, began production in 2005 and increased capacity twice, in line with the demand, and reached  production capacity of 150 thousand tons per year.
As a liquid sugar production facility, production is made from healthy and natural sugar beet, to be used instead of alternative sweeteners, which are used by the industry and has serious doubts, regarding human health.

Liquid sugar attracts great interest due to its being hygienic and offering ease of use for customers and contributing to reducing production losses. It is in heavy demand, especially by the carbonated beverage sector, candy and marmelade industries.
Beverage and food companies, among whom there are world giants, supply their liquid sugar needs from this facility at Konya Seker.

Our facility, which also develops products for bakery and home consumption with its portfolio, which develops continuously, offered products in 1 l plastic and 18 l tin packages and dimensions under the names of Seker Damlası (Sugar Drop) baklava syrup, ice cream syrup, sweet sherbet and frying dessert sherbet for use of liquid sugar, sold industrially, at workshops and kitchens of consumers, in 2007.

Liquid Sugar Production Facility Works with process automation system and the CIP system of all factories, tanks and tankers are controlled via automation and the sold products are transferred sealed and certified. In addition, the Liquid Sugar Production Facility has TSE-ISO-9000 Quality Management System Certificate, TSE-ISO-22000 Food Safety Management System Certificate, TSE-ISO-50001 Energy Management System Certificate, TSE FSCC 22000 ISO/TS 22002-1 Food Safety  System Certificate, TSE 14001 Environment Management System Certificate, Halal Food Conformity Certificate and Good Production Practices (GMP) Certificate, received from the Ministry of Health.

The facility, which has expanded the field of use of sugar beet, allowed agricultural production volume to increase with its market expansion effect, and 700 thousand tons of additional sugar beet production has been ensured in total in this framework.
